Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping an order is dependent on the delivery address as well as the weight of the shipment - this can therefore only be calculated at checkout.

There are multiple shipping methods available for you to choose from, the available options will be displayed at checkout alongside the costs.

*Free economy delivery is available to the UK when the value of your order is £60.00 or over.
The above is available only to B2C customers, Trade customers are subject to other tariffs)


Shipping Times

We only dispatch on working days - Monday to Friday.

Please note, FedEx only delivery on weekdays.  If you choose their Express or Next Working Day delivery option - they will only deliver between Monday to Friday.

There are multiple shipping methods available for you to choose from, the available options will be displayed at checkout alongside the estimated delivery dates.

Orders placed with express shipping received after 1 pm and outside of working hours cannot be dispatched until the next working day.

The delivery dates which are provided at checkout are merely estimates and do not allow for delays which can occur after the order has left our warehouse (which are beyond our control).

These estimated delivery dates do not apply in situations where we have not been provided with a complete delivery address. If any information is missing, a delay will occur, and we will not be accountable for this.

Your delivery date can also be affected by asking us to add to, or amend, an order after it has been placed.

Late Shipments

If you haven’t received your order on the estimated delivery date and you don’t know why, please track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch e-mail.

If your order confirmation email / tracking information haven’t arrived in your email inbox, please check your junk mail folder for this.

If you have your tracking references, you can track your parcel by clicking on the relevant courier below;

Any orders which are delayed due to a fault made by the carrier are eligible for a refund of the shipping fee paid.

Although shipping your order is outside of our control, if you have any issues, we will help you in any way that we can - just get in touch.

Shipping Aerosols

Due to the pressurised nature of the cans, aerosols are classed as dangerous goods for transportation purposes and are prohibited from the Royal Mail network.

We therefore have to send all orders which contain spray paint via a courier who we have approval to send these items with.

Some post codes within the UK are classed as extended areas. Delivery times to these destinations vary. The following postcodes are classed as extended areas by our courier:

Shipping via Royal Mail

Orders which do not contain aerosol products can be shipped via Royal Mail, and we ship worldwide!

Please note that tracking numbers are not a standard service provided by the UK postal service. For international orders, please choose the 'Royal Mail International Tracked' option to generate a tracking number for your shipment.


You can return any unused items for a full refund of the item price within 14 days of receiving the item.

After 14 days, if the item/s are not faulty or sent in error, and you wish to return / exchange them, there will be a 5% restocking fee.

If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received, then the items can no longer be returned to us.

These terms do not apply to DVDs where the outermost seal/wrapping has been broken, and do not apply to books or magazines.

Any faulty items which were sent in error will be replaced / refunded at no extra cost to you.
